Dynamics 365 CE Application Analyst - Hybrid - (Doncaster, 2 days a week)

Join an established, forward-thinking Dynamics 365 CRM end user providing 1st/2nd line support whilst also contributing to transformation projects to improve customer experience.

Key Responsibilities and Skills

  • Strong experience working with Dynamics CRM, with a focus on customer engagement and Power Platform.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues.
  • Hands-on experience in application analysis and deployment in Dynamics 365 CE.
  • Ability to carry out some customisations and system configurations.
  • An analytical approach to work, with strong organisational skills
  • Confident writing, functional and technical documents.
