Job Description

Our client is seeking a first line Support Analyst with a couple of years of commercial experience and ideally a IT related certification. You will have excellent inter-personal skills and be confident dealing with stakeholders at all levels online, via telephone and in person.

You will demonstrate solid experience and knowledge of Microsoft 365 Admin, Active Directory (AD), Windows Server 2012, Windows and the MS Office suite, Windows 10+, Microsoft Office.

A salary of between £20,000 and £25,000 on offer to the right candidate
