Business Analyst - PAS, Insurance, Discovery

Up to £600 per day - Inside IR35

Hybrid - 2 days a week on site

My client is an instantly recognisable global Insurer who require a Business Analyst with expertise in the Discovery and Initiation phase of programmes within the Insurance space.

Key Requirements:

• Proven commercial experience working as a Business Analyst in large complex organisations, ideally within the Insurance industry.
• Previous experience delivering on Policy Admin System (PAS) transformation projects.
• An understanding of Policy Admin Systems I.e. Guidewire, Acturis, Duckcreek etc.
• Expertise delivering on programmes at Discovery and Initiation phase with the ability to lead workshops.
• Strong requirements gathering and process mapping / improvement skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
