Python / GenAI Engineer - LangChain, LangGraph, LLM, Langsmith, Langfuse

My client (well known consultancy) brings together strategy, design, data science, and engineering to deliver transformative solutions. If you're passionate about GenAI, development, and shaping the digital future, this role is for you.

This fantastic company offers excellent training to all their consultants, both online and classroom training. Candidates can live anywhere in the UK (remote) and will be based from home, however occasional client visits will be necessary for meetings, but these will be fully funded.

As a GenAI/Python Engineer, you'll help design, build, and scale AI-powered applications using tools like RAG, intelligent agents, and LLMs. This hands-on, client-facing role blends technical depth with consulting impact.

You will:

• Develop and scale GenAI solutions from POCs to production.
• Lead development across GenAI and traditional projects.
• Support DevOps, infrastructure, and cloud integration.
• Explore emerging GenAI frameworks.
• Mentor and guide junior team members.

You're an adaptable, hands-on engineer with experience and a passion for GenAI.

Must Have:

• Strong Engineering skills in Python - 2yrs commercial minimum
• Any front-End experience is advantageous
• Experience with GenAI tools (LangChain, LangGraph, etc.) and LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Llama, etc.)
• Familiarity with monitoring (Langsmith, Langfuse), Git, and vector/NoSQL/SQL databases
• Eligible for SC Clearance - lived in the UK for 5yrs+

Salary for the Python/GenAI Developer roles on offer is up to £55,000 dependent on experience + an excellent benefits package including extensive training and proper career development plans.
