About the roleTech 2 serves as the Single Point of Contact (SPoC) for the Project Manager and the Customer during onsite IT deployment activities. This role involves leading and coordinating the replacement of desktop PCs, managing Tech 1 support staff, and ensuring smooth handover of laptops and legacy equipment. Tech 2 is responsible for executing tasks based on instructions from the PM and Customer site contact, maintaining high standards of professionalism and accuracy throughout the deployment process.Tell me more, tell me more Our client is currently looking for a recruit to join their current team.
