Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant

For an international client, I am looking for two experienced consultants in the field of Oracle Cloud HCM: one functional consultant and one technical consultant. In these assignments, you will contribute to the implementation and optimisation of Oracle Cloud HCM in a fast-moving environment.

Tasks and responsibilities (functional)

• Implementing and configuring Oracle Cloud HCM modules
• Translating business requirements into functional solutions.
• Stakeholder management and user support during and after implementation.

Tasks and responsibilities (technical)

• Configuring and optimising technical workflows.
• Troubleshooting technical issues and performance problems.
• Collaborating with functional consultants to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Your profile (both roles)

• 3+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud HCM.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong analytical, communication and collaboration skills.

Location: Remote
Start date: ASAP
Contract duration: 6 months with extension option
Hours per week: 24-40
Rate: Market rate
