IDM/One Identity Manager Developer - sought by investment bank based in London - Contract - Hybrid

Key Responsibilities

• Lead analysis, development, and support for the One Identity Manager platform.
• Deliver change projects and manage a pipeline of enhancements across the full IT lifecycle.
• Provide Level 3 support, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure platform stability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy IDM workflows, connectors, and provisioning processes.
• Support UAT, release planning, and environment promotion (UAT, PROD).
• Mentor junior support staff and ensure smooth handover of changes.

Essential Experience

• Proven track record in IDM systems analysis and implementation.
• Strong stakeholder management across business and technical teams.
• Experience with third-party integrations and interface/report definition.
• Skilled in coordinating UAT and diagnosing platform issues.
• Background in investment banking or complex enterprise environments.

Technical Skills

• Deep expertise in One Identity Manager: workflows, provisioning, RBAC, compliance.
• Integration experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, SAP, and other systems.
• Proficiency in SQL, VB.Net, PowerShell, and familiarity with C#, HTML, C++, and Angular.
• Experience with OIM Designer, Ikasan, and software configuration management.
• Understanding of LDAP, web services, and Microsoft development tools.
