Senior AI Developer

A growing Microsoft partner and market leader in AI solutions are seeking a Senior AI Developer to join their growing team. You'll focus on technical delivery of AI projects and products. Alongside this, you'll build and integrate AI solutions using .NET, C#, Azure, Python, and Microsoft related technologies.

Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience of Back End development in .NET and Azure environments
• The ability to complete assigned backlog tasks to high standards
• Experience across both Back End and Front End development
• Awareness of Generative AI and LLM technologies
• Good communication skills and willingness to support team improvement
• A passion for innovation and a commitment to responsible AI practices

Responsibilities:

• Complete assigned development tasks and user stories within project backlogs
• Work under the guidance of Lead Developers and architects to deliver solution designs and integrations
• Undertake Back End development in .NET, C#, and Azure to required standards
• Implement and configure AI features including LLMs, RAG, and related frameworks
• Support the setup and use of DevOps pipelines and CI/CD practices in Azure
• Conduct unit testing and contribute to QA activities to ensure delivery quality
• Assist in debugging and resolution of issues across development, UAT, and production environments
• Produce technical documentation, handover notes, and deployment artefacts
• Research and trial emerging AI and Microsoft technologies to support continuous improvement
