EDI Expertise & Support
- Manage and troubleshoot EDI-related issues such as mapping, translation errors, and partner setup
- Ensure smooth data exchange using protocols like AS2 and VANs
- Collaborate with EDI service partners to maintain system integrity
- Deliver training and presentations to build EDI capability across the business
- Provide expert guidance to internal teams and external stakeholders on EDI processes
IT Service Management
- Own and resolve IT support tickets using an ITSM platform, ensuring accurate documentation
- Proactively manage service queues and reduce backlog
- Prioritise tasks based on urgency and business impact
- Analyse service data to identify trends and recommend improvements
- Maintain clear documentation for recurring issues and knowledge sharing
Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration
- Build strong relationships with internal departments and external partners
- Act as a consultative partner to project teams, contributing technical insights
- Facilitate forums and discussions to share learnings and drive accountability
- Support customer onboarding and integration processes
Strategic Contribution
- Help shape and execute EDI strategies, policies, and action plans
- Identify opportunities for system and process improvements
- Contribute to evolving support models with a flexible, growth-oriented mindset
- Take initiative in suggesting enhancements that align with business goals
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Generate reports from service data to monitor performance and identify bottlenecks
- Use insights to drive process optimisation and service enhancements
- Maintain a feedback loop with stakeholders to refine support practices
- Support a culture of learning and improvement through documentation and training
