About the role
As part of our journey to simplify and align our processes and systems, this role supports the continuity and reliability of our legacy applicationsprimarily Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9.2. Youll play a key role in maintaining business-critical systems while helping us transition to a future-fit digital environment.

Key to this role is your ability to understand KPs overall system architecture and guide support teams in the right direction when analysing issues or failures. Youll need to navigate our support structure confidently, knowing which partner supports which part of the system. Strong communication, coordination and interpersonal skills are essential to reach quick resolutions and implement changes effectively.

Youll also balance business-as-usual support with the delivery of smaller projects, helping us drive smarter ways of working and long-term efficiency.

What will you be doing?

• Act as a key contact between IT and other departments, ensuring clear communication and alignment

• Provide day-to-day application and technical support across a range of business systems

• Manage integrations between JD Edwards and other platforms including HR, warehouse and analytics

• Maintain test environments and coordinate system maintenance and patching

• Lead small-scale IT projects and support change management across the business
