We're looking for a skilled Service Desk Technician to join the IT Operations team supporting our clients wider group. You'll troubleshoot and resolve IT issues, manage incidents, and support colleagues across the UK and overseas offices. This role offers great career development in a growing multinational business.

Desirable: Linux (Debian/Ubuntu), macOS/iOS device support, Microsoft InTune, Teams, Windows Server administration.
Shift & Travel: This role follows a shift rota for 24/7 coverage and may require occasional travel to overseas offices.
