The Role

As a IT Technical Consultant, you'll play a crucial role in delivering outstanding technical support to clients, resolving IT and software-related issues, and ensuring customers get the most from cutting-edge technology solutions.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Acting as the first point of contact for customer IT and software queries.
• Managing and resolving support tickets efficiently.
• Working with SQL to troubleshoot and resolve database issues.
• Diagnosing complex technical problems and escalating when necessary.
• Maintaining detailed technical documentation and support records.
• Building strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
