Platform Recruitment have partnered with a leading technology innovator, currently looking to recruit a Senior Project Manager. This role will see you lead complex product development projects from concept to volume production in a cross-functional, technical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-visibility technology projects to time, scope, budget, and quality.

• Lead cross-functional teams across hardware, software, and manufacturing.

• Apply project management methodologies (Agile & Waterfall) to manage full product lifecycles.

• Manage risks, resources, and budgets while ensuring effective stakeholder communication.

• Promote high-performing teams and foster collaborative, solution-driven environments.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience managing complex NPD projects in engineering or telecoms.

• Strong background in embedded HW/SW product development.

• Proficient in project planning tools and stakeholder management.

• Accredited project management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, APM, SAFe).
