London - 4 days per week (hybrid)

The Role
We're looking for a talented and driven UX/UI Designer to take ownership of product design across all digital touchpoints. You'll collaborate closely with Front End developers and engineers to bring ideas to life, enhance user journeys, and iterate quickly in a fast-paced startup environment. You'll also support marketing design efforts, ensuring brand consistency across client materials, social media, and the website.

What you'll do

• Own the end-to-end design process for our web application and client dashboard (mobile + desktop)
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma
• Collaborate daily with developers to ensure seamless design implementation
• Maintain and evolve our design system and UI guidelines
• Support marketing initiatives with assets such as landing pages, social media content, and sales decks
• Act as a brand guardian, ensuring consistency across all customer touchpoints
• Stay current on design trends, tools, and best practices

About you

• 2-5 years of experience in UX/UI design for digital products, ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX and UI skills across web and mobile platforms
• Proficiency in Figma
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with engineers and stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Experience with responsive and mobile-first design
