I am currently seeking a dual Italian & English-speaking Technical Support Engineer to join a large-international, industry leading data storage company in the Reading area. Due to rapid expansion, we are looking for a candidate who speaks both Italian & English to join the support team in a brand new office, you will be supporting the latest cutting edge technology in the data storage sector. Dealing with customer queries within a quick turnaround, whilst also maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
