You will advise clients on technology change and adoption throughout any stage of business transformation programmes. You will assist them in understanding the impact of new technologies and supporting the change, through training, adjusting existing business processes and communicating change. You will care about people and employee experience, taking a people-centric approach to technology change. You will carry out stakeholder analysis, change impact and readiness assessments.
