Role Summary:
As a Director of Technology, your core role and focus is all about providing strategic direction and management of the technology function and associated team ensuring outstanding delivery across all aspects.
You'll deliver positive outcomes and be responsible for aligning the technology strategies with business objectives ensuring a strong focus on the customer and colleague experience. You'll play a key part in fulfilling Accent’s organisational ambition of improved digital adoption and substantial behaviour change in an evolving and demanding operating environment.
As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, you'll provide leadership across the organisation in line with our values and behaviours. You'll provide strategic thought-leadership, expertise, and guidance in all areas of Technology, building strong internal and external relationships and ensuring the technology function is well integrated across the organisation.

Salary
The spot salary for this post is £90,000 per annum for applicants who fully meet the requirements of the post.
This post will also receive a car allowance.
Location
The successful candidate will be required to travel to all our sites around the country.
