Your Role: As the Lead React SDET, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of the software through effective testing strategies. You will manage a small team of SDETs, guiding their testing and automation efforts while mentoring them on advanced technologies and best practices. Your responsibilities will include performance assessments, hiring, test planning for releases, designing and coding automation frameworks, participating in team planning, executing tests, proposing process improvements, and more.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive continuous improvement in automation frameworks and coverage. You will play a hands-on role in the team's testing efforts, ensuring high-quality coverage, code, and delivery. As a mentor, you will share your knowledge and expertise, providing training and support to other team members. Additionally, you will have the chance to participate in code reviews, maintain the quality of the automation code, and document the automation framework, tools, and infrastructure.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of software testing experience.
• Minimum 2 years of team leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript and Java.
• Proficiency in testing practices in an agile environment.
• Experience with Selenium WebDriver and Cypress.
• Additional experience with contract testing (PACT preferable), the testing Library family of packages, micro Front End architectures, network principles and protocols, web services technology (such as REST, JSON, or Thrift), and continuous integration systems (such as Jenkins or Bamboo) is a plus.
