SOC Engineer/Security Engineer

Mondas are looking for a SOC Engineer to support one of our major clients. This role will be an office based role.
A successful candidate will be experienced in preventing security attacks and hardening software. One of the top responsibilities of this role will be the escalation point for any threats which have been identified by the SOC team. As well as looking after customer environments to ensure that they remain secure, whilst maintaining excellent service levels with clients.

Responsibilities:
Escalation point for threats identified by the SOC team
Using analytical tool such as SentinelOne
Vulnerability and threat management
Engage in ethical hacking practices
Monitor for attacks, unauthorised or illegal activity

Computer Science Bsc, Msc or Phd
Strong experience with SIEM tools
Sentinel One experience
Vulnerability management
Pen testing/ethical hacking
