• Design expertise for SailPoint IdentityNow product(s)
• Configure and map business & approval processes for SailPoint
• Analysis of requirements for identity services, along with the low-level design of SailPoint solutions
• Expertise in federating SailPoint IDN with Azure IDP
• Delivering PoC environments/solutions to clearly defined priorities
• Configuration of identity upload, approval processes and roles/entitlements/access profiles for IdentityNow
• Ability to configure and deliver Pre-production and Production environments as per Home Office standards
• Onboarding of Law Enforcement Agencies and other National Forces onto SailPoint IdentityNow
• Configure relevant end-points as required

Skills, knowledge & experience
1. Experience of provisioning user attributes onto Azure AD
2. Experience with Azure Key Vault and secure password management
3. Experience/familiarity with the ServiceNow Portal for Policing
Experience of calling and testing APIs using tools such as Postman (preferred)
