Long-established technology company within the insurance industry are seeking an experienced Platform Support Analyst to join their growing Support team.
You will join a close knit technical platform support team, providing clients with high quality technical support. The right candidate will have previous platform support experience, proven experience using Linux, Python and Active Directory. A client facing role, so strong communication skills and a problem solving mindset mindset is key.
The Role:- Support customers with in-depth technical knowledge on all product applications. This will be through multiple channels, such as via phone, email, web and occasionally in-person
- Understand and diagnose data problems on the system, working with JSON data and Scripting languages
- Work with senior managers to develop and improve Support team processes and systems
- Assist in the identification of opportunities to adjust and automate processes
The Requirements:- Technical knowledge in Linux, Python and Active Directory
- Prior experience in a Platform Support role or similar
- Technical aptitude and a keen interest in new technologies
- Ability to work outside of office hours on a rota'd basis
- Full UK Right to Work, no sponsorship options available
The Overview:- Up to £35,000 depending on experience
- Fulltime permanent role
- Hybrid flexibility - 2 days in office required
- Central London office, close to major transport links
