Data Steward/Analyst

You also have the option to spend more time in the office if you want. In addition to a competitive salary of up to £39k, there's a discretionary bonus and an impressive benefits package on offer.Key Responsibilities: Provide expert guidance and consulting to business users, ensuring effective data and process utilization. Collaborate closely with Business Analysts to assist in capturing precise data requirements within the business domain. Define meticulous data validation criteria, covering values, ranges, and acceptable parameters to uphold data integrity across various platforms. Utilize traditional SQL scripts and Python-based REST API scripts to extract data from Cloud Services integral to the business. Share insightful best practices and proactively identify potential process irregularities that could result in data discrepancies.Required Skills: Proficiency in crafting SQL scripts for data analysis and building data sets from data warehouses. Adept at understanding and generating Python-based REST API scripts to extract and manipulate data, creating innovative data solutions. Strong grasp of the ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) process.
