Quality Assurance TechnicianSalary: Negotiable based on experienceLocation: Leeming BarHours: Mon-Fri, Office HoursType: PermanentImperial Professionals are delighted to announce we are working with a Large Manufacturing Company for the supply of a Quality Assurance Technician.Responsibilities: Generation of raw material Goods in Specifications Technical support to distribution centre (GMP audits, glass and plastic audits, temperature monitoring) Coordination of the BRC Global standard for food storage & distribution v2 Approval of raw material specifications Raw material supplier auditing Assisting in the maintenance of supplier approval information Contacting suppliers regarding any queries relating to raw materials Completing customer specifications Signing off artwork Assisting in completing sample submission forms for customers when required Customer and supplier visits Providing technical administrative support to the Technical Department. Providing technical support to the warehouse facility Auditing raw material suppliersRequirements: Proficiency with Word and Excel is essential. Experience of internal auditing with suitable training. Supplier auditing experience desirable. Degree trained in a relevant discipline.
