ROLE OVERVIEW:
The Recruitment Sourcing Delivery Lead is responsible for teams operating across all services in multiple European countries within Accenture's operating model, leading and managing strategic sourcing partners and Pod Leads to meet and exceed client expectations and delivery targets
The Recruitment Sourcing Delivery Lead has direct responsibility for:
- Developing and implementing market and service relevant sourcing strategies and channels
- Coaching teams and pro-actively developing learning content to enable sourcing as a service
- Providing data led insights, market intelligence and continuous improvement and innovation concepts to the Head of Sourcing as a Service
- Managing senior stakeholder relationships to MD level providing data led insights, managing sourcing stream impacts and influencing multiple MU recruiting teams to deliver proactive pipelining at pace
- Team outputs and area KPIs and SLAs
- Ensuring cross-skilling and capacity planning across their teams; working closely with other delivery leads to optimise outcomes and meet demand spikes
- Act as owner/point of contact for global & local sourcing and procurement teams to ensure appropriate channels and tools are in place to meet the demands of the business
- Providing thought leadership for their markets and services from a sourcing and talent attraction perspective
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies, ensure robust yield tracking, workstream impact mitigation and cost impacts are addressed and understood
- Work closely with the TA Management Team in their markets/service groups to deliver a pipeline of candidates to meet the needs of the business and build future talent pipelines for 'always on' demand
- Acts as SME for sourcing as a service and is an active ambassador, able to identify and articulate opportunities for growth
- Identify potential problems in the sourcing work stream in advance and work proactively with the Head of Sourcing as a Service to develop robust processes and influence execution at all levels
- Design, deliver and drive sourcing events and other events as required
- Support the head of sourcing as a service in developing the catalogue of services and articulating these to stakeholders at all levels with confidence
- Coach and lead their teams effectively to ensure all delivery targets are met and any potential challenges are addressed swiftly and appropriately
- Provide expertise in Accenture systems, processes, networks and initiatives to ensure their teams are enabled to deliver whilst acting as an expert advisor to the business
- Develop processes and reporting in line with J2IO and SynOps initiatives, acting as an ambassador with a deep understanding of the services delivered and how they anchor to Intelligent Operations initiatives
- Actively contribute to lead meetings, driving ideation and operating in the new
- Coach, develop and effectively succession plan
- Expert in sourcing tools and methodologies and able to disseminate relevant information and techniques
- Support RFI and RFP work through developing market insights, interlocking with all relevant stakeholders to ensure the sourcing and recruiting functions are aligned and able to deliver any wins
- Develop and maintain robust governance procedures to drive team delivery and success
- Deep understanding of end to end recruitment within a large, complex and matrixed organisation
- Indirect budget management and optimisation, able to drive cost to serve savings
- Act as an ambassador for HRSS and partner closely with colleagues across the HRSS eco-system to drive innovation, client value and satisfaction

Qualifications
EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- An effective, confident and influential communicator who is able to lead and influence conversations with senior stakeholders
- Experience of sourcing both high volume campaigns and niche, targeted recruitment efforts utilising a range of sourcing strategies
- Collaborative team player - promoting inclusion, seeking continuous improvement through day to day work and leading by example
- An awareness of the latest employment legislation and key issues surrounding immigration
- Deep and demonstrable ATS, CRM and visual analytics reporting experience with strong PPT and Excel skills
- Strong people developer and leader, demonstrable experience in autonomously leading high performing teams
- Creative innovator, able to augment human ingenuity and tools to effect optimal processes and candidate experience
- Able to confidently navigate and operate as a high performer within ambiguity
