Job Description

We are seeking a certified Salesforce Administrator to work alongside a team of Developers and Administrators in either Bristol or York.

You will get to work directly with our users gathering requirements and to design, build and deliver Salesforce solutions. You will provide support for the planning, design and strategic direction of the Corporate CRM systems.

What will you be responsible for:
  • Responsible for training users of Salesforce.
  • Directly accountable for maintaining & developing the individual "CRM apps"
  • To reduce exposure to risk by maintaining appropriate Documentation & following Change Control processes
  • Enforce DPA & GDPR regulations to ensuring design meets these expectations
  • Make effective solution design decisions, with guidance from Salesforce Developer & Product Owner


What will you bring:
  • Experienced (Certified) Salesforce Administrator
  • Experienced through the development lifecycle; from gathering requirements to delivery
  • Experienced influencer and negotiator with highly proficient communication & facilitation skills
  • Solid working knowledge of Salesforce products & features
  • Experience with Pardot, Quip & Experience Cloud advantageous

  • Salary range £40,000 - £50,000 depending on location and experience
