We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Information Controller to join us. Reporting to the Lead Information Controller, you will lead a project with one of our key customers. You will support the team with the management of information and the CDE throughout the project lifecycle. You will be responsible for leading the daily information exchange activities. You will ensure the coordination and dissemination of key project information to support delivery and drive efficiencies throughout the scheme.
You'll: - Deliver the project Information Control with a data-driven and automation focus.
- Manage the daily information exchange activities, including but not limited to issuing and receiving documents in accordance to ISO 19650 and/or any other standard requested by the client.
- Supporting the Lead Information Controller in managing the CDE system including it's configuration, folder structure and users.
- Generate reports and fill in dashboards keeping them updated.
- Manage, test and use the automations and attribute mappings created for the project CDE.
- Knowledge and awareness of the UK BIM Framework: BS1192, PAS1192 and ISO 19650 suite of standards and Government Construction Strategies
- Analytical & data driven mindset
- Keep a good communication with clients, suppliers and stakeholders.
- Deliver training for the project CDE systems.
- Create and manage documents on the project's CDE systems and ensure the correct folder structure and workflows are followed.
- Develop and keep updated the Information Control documentation and workflows for the project.
- Assist the Lead Information Controller in developing Infrastructure-wide information control documentation and plans.

- Experience working with Office suite including PowerBI and Office 365
