As a SAP Programme Manager / HCM / SuccessFactors you will be responsible for:
- Project Planning, Project risk & Issue management for the delivery of SAP HCM products
- Management of the technical analysis and documentation of integrated systems
- Provide expert advice on SAP functionality, change management and other advisory services
- Suggest solutions to customer based on leading practice
- Provide guidance on test plans and end-user documentation
- Stakeholder management & management of Client expectations

Qualifications
We are looking for experience in the following skills:
- Strong experience in SAP Project delivery through the full project lifecycle (Analyse thru Deployment)
- The ability to implement a team culture and communicate effectively with people at all levels.
- Background in an SAP functional domain with hands on delivery experience is highly desirable
- The ability to develop enduring relationships of mutual trust with people.
- The ability to manage programme risks and issues.
- Strong experience managing SAP delivery teams, design teams, build teams, test teams
- Understanding of similar competitor SAP providers (i.e. Salesforce, Oracle, Workday) is beneficial
- Implementation and delivery experience, which should include at least 3 full project lifecycles
