As a SAP Transportation Management ( TM ) resource , you will be responsible for :
- Requirements gathering, project planning and management, solution design, configuration and customization of SAP Transportation Management.
- Opportunities management / Bid management to convert new clients looking to migrate to embedded/decentralized SAP TM in their landscape.
- Technical analysis and documentation of SAP Transportation Management application and it's integration with ERP, S/4HANA, Other SAP applications and 3 rd party applications.
- Providing expert advice on SAP transportation and logistics functionality, change management and other advisory services in supply chain domain.
- Suggest ing solutions to customer s based on best practices in transportation, warehousing, and other supply chain areas.
- Working with global teams in a good mix of onshore/offshore model, which ability to teach, onboard and take the team along to create a successful unit of people, highly required for success of a project.

Qualifications
We are looking for experience in the following skills:
- Experienced SAP architects with strong consulting and functional skills, to lead workstreams through bid to delivery
- High level functional and technical expertise within SAP TM (Both embedded & decentral version).
- Highly experienced in the areas of Order Management & Integration, Transportation Planning, Execution, Charge Management & Settlement, Integration with applications such as SAP EWM, SAP EM, GTS, etc.
- Any experience in Strategic Freight Management, Complex Freight Planning, Agency Billing and Logistics Business Network will be a good addition and will be valued.
- Experience with integration to SAP logistics business network desirable.
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end SAP TM implementations (Both embedded & decentral version) in Shipper and LSP industries including greenfield and brownfield projects.
- Proven experience in project cut-over, successful go-live and client handling during PGLS and alignment with AMS teams will be valued.
- S4/HANA experience in the areas of SAP SD (OTC) and SAP MM(PTP) is highly desirable
- Sound and practical experience in the area of SAP EWM and its integration with SAP TM is desirable.
- It is important to have experience in SOAP based integration as well as WS-RM integration of TM with other applications.
- Any experience with 3rd party interfaces and integration with Freight Orders , including EDI & iDocs will be a good to have.
- Implementation and delivery experience, which should include at least two full project lifecycles . Project experience in shipper industries in a must, and one in LSP clients will add to the role requirements.
