As the Supply Chain Planning Lead, you will:

• Provide support to sales teams around the SAP Supply Chain Execution solutions like LE, WM, eWM , Logistics Business Network and TM
  
• Work with clients to explain SAP SC Execution offering including references unique to Industries and competitor technologies .
  

• Architect SAP SC Execution solutions for clients
  
• Provide advisory to internal Accenture teams about possible SAP SC Execution solutions.
  
• Be part of the bid teams representing SAP SC Execution functions
  
• Solve challenging SC client problems via SAP solutions
  
• Build a nd nurture a capability in SAP SC Execution , including organic growth and upskilling of team
  

• Own and drive SAP SC Execution campaigns to help our Client Account Leads have easier conversations with their clients around the topic
  
• Lead the SAP SC Execution team, including managing of the pipeline, define and execute strategy for growth and focus on delivery excellence for our clients
  
• Combine all the above with delivery of S AP SC Execution work across 1 or multiple clients

Qualifications

We are looking for experience in the following skills:

• Background in a core SAP Supply Chain module, ideally part of the Supply Chain offering: PP, LE, MM, APO-TP/VS, etc.
  
• Hands on experience selling, shaping and delivering Supply Chain Logistics s olutions
  
• Good understanding of the entire SAP SCM offering and the integration with Logistics solutions
  
• Experience preparing an d delivering workshops, demos and bids in the SAP SC Logistics space
  
• Hands on experience delivering S/4 HANA programmes, both greenfield and brownfield
  

• Proven experience doing pre-sales and sales work related to SAP Supply Chain Logistics
  
• Knowledge of the Supply Chain ecosystem : other solutions non-SAP and understanding of the benefits of the SAP solutions
  
• Background and expertise in any of these key industries: Consumer Goods, Manufacturing, Retail, Communications, High Tech, Oil & Gas or Mining
  
• Experience managing teams, not only during sales and delivery, but also in terms of mentoring, guidance and capability operations
  

Set yourself apart:

• Ability to navigate across the SAP SC spectrum , engaging with clients to discuss options that suit their challenges and see deliveries of these solutions through
  
• Mastery of SAP both ECC and S/4 HANA as solutions , from a sales and delivery perspective with special focus on Supply Chain Logistics solutions
  
• Proven history for working with Directors and C-Suite from the clients and ecosystem partners but also with the same ability connect with delivery teams and technical resources onshore and offshore .
