As a SuccessFactors Recruitment & Onboarding Consultant
Consultant, you will:
• Be able to communicate, influence and inspire effectively by own personality and act as a trusted advisor within the field of expertise
• Build partnership with key stake holders on projects from the client and project team
• Work closely with the client stakeholders in gathering business requirements and designing the solution
• Plan and Run Design Workshops
• Identify and assess complex problems and use your deep understanding of the modules and the industry to provide viable solutions to the client

Qualifications
We are looking for experience in the following skills:
• Strong time management skills to meet project timelines and deliver high quality deliverables
• Have a comprehensive understanding of the SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding modules' functionalities and limitations
• Previous experience in delivering end-to-end Successfactors Recruiting suite projects (RCM, RMK and RP)
• Previous experience in successfully delivering end-to-end Successfactors Onboarding projects
• Experience in successfully delivering Onboarding 2.0 project would be highly desirable
• Experience in successfully implementing other modules such as EC, LMS etc is desirable
• Have experience in managing teams onshore and offshore
• Take ownership of staying current with latest releases and updates on SuccessFactors modules published by SAP
• Internally be the champion and "go-to" person for any SuccessFactors Recruitment and Onboarding questions and help grow the practice knowledge
• Support the SuccessFactors team to embrace an expanding HR Transformation practice alongside SAP's growing portfolio of products in the SAP SuccessFactors arena that mirror the go-to-market messages of SAP
• Previous sales and proposal response experience is desirable
• SAP SuccessFactors Certified in Recruiting and Onboarding modules (including ONB 2.0)"
