As a Cloud Customer Care Solution Architect, you will:
- Overall solutioning including pricing strategy & delivery model
- Solution and size teams required to deliver complex contact centre projects
- Translate complex business problems into robust solutions
- Develop & deliver presentations which resonate with senior client stakeholders
- Create high quality, client facing assets which advises clients on how to customer care solutions to cloud
- Develop & design roadmaps, implement strategies & transformation plans
- Scrutinise existing client environments & recommend solutions that enable a to-be vision
- Identify for additional opportunities within clients, leveraging wider Accenture offerings
- Lead & contribute to RFP & business case development

Qualifications
We are looking for experience in the following skills:
- Experience of architecting solutions using AWS, Genesys, Cisco and Salesforce
- Workon complexcontact centresolutions whereyou will be designing solutions to move customers from on-premiseto cloudplatforms.
- Work on Amazon Connect & the widerAWSeco-system to create complexsolutions which meet requirements
- Responsibilitytohavebusiness conversations & convert those conversationsinto a technical design which can be implemented
- Work withcloud providers such as AWS, Microsoft & Google to come up with be-spoke client solutions
- Have responsibility ofdeveloping ahigh-levelbusiness caseto help clients with transformations
- Work withclient teams to come up with integration architecture which showcases how the solution will work from anend-to-endperspective.
Set yourself apart:
- Demonstrate ability to hold virtual or physical meetings to come up with technology solutions which improves customer experience.
- Have a good understanding of AWS services & how those services integrate to form a contact centre solution.
- Demonstrate awareness of various cloud contact centre platforms available in the market
- Demonstrate ability to work in an agile manner to deliver project
- Demonstrate ability to work with developers & DevOps engineers to convert high level architecture into low level design & code.
