We have an exciting opportunity for a BIM Manager to join us. Reporting to the Head of BIM/Senior BIM Manager, you will lead a project with one of our key customers. You will support the development, delivery and adoption of digital integration and provide a key contact for the client, stakeholders, and site teams. You will support the implementation of the digital strategy and deliver on customer requirements, aligning to our business plan.

You'll:

  • Support digital integration and development at a project/framework level.
  • Provide the focal point for information and data management at a project level.
  • Support digital development, identify innovation opportunities and support upskilling in line with the digital strategy and wider business plan.
  • Manage and deliver to the client's information requirements in line with the contract.
  • Produce and/or manage project BIM documentation including but not limited to BIM Execution Plans (BEP), Master Information Delivery Plans, Model Production Delivery Tables, and Task Information Delivery Plans.
  • Liaising with the client's Information Management/BIM team and with other design and build contractors and works packages to ensure sharing of best practice, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Support implementation and management of digital design control procedures and systems
  • Developing and managing the PIM (Project Information Model) and the AIM (Asset Information Model) via the CDE and Asset Information Management System.
  • Support the Head of BIM with tender responses and work winning opportunities where required.


We are looking for:

  • A fundamental awareness of the importance of stakeholder engagement and management.
  • Ability to build relationships with all levels of seniority and external stakeholders.
  • It is essential to have a good general understanding of business processes and have strong data analytic skills.
  • Thorough knowledge of the strategic development and implementation of BIM on a project and corporate level.
  • Knowledge of the UK BIM Framework: BS1192, PAS1192 and ISO 19650 suite of standards and Government Construction Strategies.
  • Good managerial, communication & organisational skills and the ability to lead people and work as part of a strategic team.
  • As good understanding of engineering, data analytics and commercial awareness
  • Resilient and able to face challenges proactively, comfortable and report to senior management.
