NTT DATA are looking for a Delivery Director with an exceptional background within Healthcare to join our exciting, rapidly growing and high calibre practice. We seeking someone who can oversee and drive what we are doing in this space.
This represents a key leadership role within the Healthcare Sector. The key focus is to drive strong performance and growth across the existing account portfolio whilst ensuring that high standards of delivery are set and maintained; interfacing regularly with senior Client sponsors. The role also covers delivery oversight for major bids within the Healthcare Sector; ensuring that robust but competitive solutions are scoped developed. In addition, the Healthcare Sector Delivery Director is the first point of contact for delivery escalations and undertakes mentoring of project and service delivery managers in order to support and accelerate their development.
Our successful candidate will be an experienced Delivery Leader who has healthcare experience and can demonstrate having held full delivery and P&L accountability across a £20m+ portfolio of Clients.
There will be multiple responsibilities, but these are some examples.
- Accountable for delivery performance across Healthcare accounts ensuring that the current and future needs of the clients are met/exceeded and that P&L targets are hit for all services provided.
- Oversee the successful mobilisation of new project teams and the transitioning/commencement of new services.
- Drive expansion plans for existing accounts leveraging trust established at senior levels with Healthcare Clients.
- Accountable for delivery estimation/assurance on Healthcare bids (typically £1m - £10m).
- Demonstrate leadership and initiative in identifying and driving expansion sales opportunities.
Bring an up to date understanding and point of view of the current and future trends impacting the Healthcare domain
Among other things, our successful candidate will be an experienced Delivery Leader who has proven business wining experience within the Healthcare Sector, as well as a strong track record of Client-side development/delivery in this domain.
We need someone who has an exceptional track record of delivery at the highest level including demonstrable experience working as the Delivery Director across a £20m+ portfolio of delivery spanning consulting, project and managed services delivery and with both onshore and nearshore/offshore components. To include Healthcare (Central/Provider) but does not need to be exclusively so.
The successful applicant will also have a background in working as the Delivery Director for successful large scale and complex bids (£10m+) within the Healthcare Domain.
