Cross-train as a Salesforce Developer

Our program, which runs over two years, includes paid training and fully funded Salesforce certifications to turn you into a fully-fledged Salesforce Developer.

Plus, to ensure you re comfortable at what you do, we ll provide you with a bespoke learning and development plan, as well as your own personal career coach, who will be there to support you every step of the way.

Once trained, you ll spend two years working with some of the best tech companies in the world as part of our expert Salesforce team. You ll play a vital role in building exciting new features and solutions, from gathering requirements through to implementation. You ll also perform lookups, use results in complex calculations based on user inputs, and help implement pick and purchase packages for a range of world-class clients.

After two years with us, you ll be fully trained, with several certifications under your belt, and have experience working with clients that include FTSE 500 companies, luxury retail brands, and tech giants.

You could continue your journey with Revolent, transfer to the client s in-house team or build your own future within the Salesforce ecosystem, using the lucrative skill set and work experience you ve gained.

Who we re looking for

To apply for this program, you ll need at least one year of technical and commercial experience in object-oriented programming, particularly Java, .Net, and C# and have been through at least one software development lifecycle in a commercial setting. Previous experience working in an agile environment would be an asset.

You ll need to be an excellent communicator with great presentation and stakeholder management skills. You should be a problem solver with a passion for technology and a proactive approach.

In addition, you ll need to be:

• Able to commit to a minimum of two years working with Revolent, post-training
• Located in the UK
