Business Analyst - Global Funds Services, COO - London - FTC

A bit about the job:

This role is part of the Global Fund Services, working within the Strategy, Integration and Governance team. You will be responsible for supporting the delivery of transformative projects aligned to the strategic objectives & values of Aviva Investors. The nature of the projects are diverse, the initial focus will be to support the Aviva Investors Titan Programme, which is seeking to migrated core services from incumbent suppliers to a new supplier for the whole Aviva Investors business. The role will report to the Change Manager.

Skills and experience we're looking for:
  • You will be an excellent communicator (verbally and written).
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills - the ability to work across all levels of the organisation
  • Experience working on due diligence and migration from incumbent suppliers to new suppliers.
  • Robust and proven track record as a business analyst
  • Strong Microsoft office skills including Teams, Project, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Microsoft Visio preferred
