A bit about the job:
We have brought together all of our technology change agents together to drive deliveries and outcomes, which means that you can work on projects and programmes across Cyber, Data, Digital, Cloud, Networks, Shared Technology Services and Operations. As a Programme Manager you will be delivering the project/programme to drive the IT and Aviva strategies. Identifying technical and operational risks and developing mitigating actions to minimise risk, as well as leading internal and external teams and third-party suppliers.
Skills and experience we're looking for:
- A great track record delivering projects in at least one of these areas; Cloud, Data, Digital and Cyber
- Skilled in leading virtual teams and third-party suppliers effectively, to time quality and budget
- The ability to think out of the box, driving innovation in the way in which we deliver change and outcomes and the ability to work at pace with resiliency
- Capable of working with senior stakeholders with strong and effective influencing skills to challenge and drive the necessary changes
- Professional level of accreditation (e.g., Prince 2) preferred but not essential

- Starting salary between £65,000 and £82,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
