ITSM and ServiceNow Developer
Full time permanent position based in Hatfield, Herts 2-3 days per week and remainder home working

Our client is a multi-cultural, healthcare, global company and seeking an ITSM and ServiceNow technical professional to support and deliver the Service Now toolset ensuring the capabilities are shared and understood among all internal business stakeholders and demands are delivered and supported in an efficient way according to SLA's. Acting with consultative approach on Service Now toolset and ITSM best practices.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop into a Lead role and be the subject matter expert for ServiceNow.
Your experience will include:
Good knowledge of a broad range of IT technology platforms, products, services.
+5 years working in IT ideally Service Desk
+2 years experience working with ServiceNow toolset at developer level
Experience of implementing and supporting ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM as minimum with additional module experience a bonus e.g. ITBM, CSM, HR
Experience of ITSM best practice frameworks and implementation of these, ideally from an IT support/ ServiceDesk background
Experience in upgrades to the ServiceNow platform
Experience of working with external service providers.
