As the Process Governance & Insights Manager you will be involves in building and embedding a process central culture across Operations; ensuring that process mapping and process improvement are paramount to a world-class Operations function. You will be a Subject Matter Expert on process mapping standards, process improvement and process architecture tools (such as Knowledge Base), where you will:
With theoretical and practical knowledge and understanding, you will already possesses prior experience of process mapping and modelling, as well as knowledge of process modelling and workforce optimisation tools.
Additionally, you will be someone with proven analytical skills, a keen interest in continuous improvement and have the ability to influence others and understand change in context to strategy
