Buckinghamshire Fire & Rescue Service serves a population of more than 800,000 in the Southeast of England. Around 400 firefighters operate from 19 fire stations from the outskirts of London to the South Midlands. Not all lifesavers wear uniforms. About the role
You'll study and achieve the (Level 2) apprenticeship qualification throughout the duration of this apprenticeship.
You will act as a referral point for dealing with complex or technical requests, issues, complaints, and queries. Working alongside experienced IT professionals you will be mentored and trained in the use of various IT systems and software packages.
