Senior Digital Consultant

The Senior Digital Consultant will lead the onboarding of new clients as well as the discovery and implementation phase to guide the client stakeholder as they are introducing new ways of working.
Your responsibilities
- Lead discovery and process mapping workshops for client stakeholders
- Collaborate with the client IT and vendor teams to define the solution architecture
- Create as-is operating models and design target operating models which outlines the new structures, services and technology
- Gathering and analysing business and audience requirements
- brief and support the project manager and delivery team, to ensure project deliverables meet business requirements and specifications
Experience
- Experience in as-is process mapping, target process definition & RACI definition
- Experience working with creative and technology teams with a good understanding of user experience, technology landscape and design thinking techniques
- Positively influencing and impacting decisions to ensure the best client experience or impact to stakeholders and projects
- Ability to articulate business challenges in a non-technical manner
- Digital agency or consulting background will be highly beneficial
