My client, a global charity that you are more than likely familiar with are currently seeking a CRM Data Analyst to join their internal CRM function. The organisation operates in 100+ countries around the globe and annually raises over £100m in funding for good causes. Role and responsibilities; Key responsibilities will include: • Supporting, identifying and capitalising on opportunities available from data using modern statistical tools and techniques, whilst supporting the creation and maintenance of a robust and sophisticated reporting suite • Managing and executing the delivery of reports along with performing project based analysis and will drive analytics and insights to target new customer segments, increase the value of existing segments, and prove ROI/profitability via customer profile development, model building, segmentation and campaign analysis • Supporting omni-channel business stakeholders, the Executive will assist in drawing actionable insights to provide strategic recommendations across the business • Manage system enhancements necessary to deliver analysis and insights against agreed KPIs and will help drive data integration projects to elevate data /information depth and breadth • Actively promote the full part that supporter & digital analytics and insights plays within the multichannel environment, fully contributing to improving the customer experience. • Manage integration of the customer database with all relevant systems, datasets and processes for the purposes of driving path-to-conversion, attribution (both marketing and touch point), and campaign analysis • Drive effective and statistically rigorous segmentation and profiling for all channels to inform marketing strategies and tactics with a focus on ROI and profitability optimisation • Produce tactical analysis and implications/recommendations in line with business expectations • Drive report development and delivery across marketing and customer segments • Support the maintenance and enhancement of all in-house analytical packages to ensure properly configured to provide robust metrics and insights against agreed requirements • Participate in the delivery of departmental reporting. Skills/Experience required: • Proven experience within a CRM/Marketing Analytics role, ideally 2+ Years. • Extensive commercial experience with SQL, R & SPSS. • Proficient in Microsoft Office – Advanced Excel. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver reports to internal stakeholders and clients. • Proven application of statistical techniques such as segmentations, cluster analysis & customer profiling.
