Job Description
Application Support Manager - software / application support, ITIL - London - managing a team of application support analysts and an enterprise scale estate of applications.
In this role you will be responsible for managing the support of large estate of specialist and off the shelf applications. With a userbase across the UK and Europe and multiple sites you will need to ensure communications on uptime and issues are swift when required as well as managing the resolution of technical issues. You will also play a part in the design and maintenance of associated IT infrastructure and licensing.
Ideal applicants will have a strong background in managing teams / departments and responsibility for supporting userbases of 1000+ as well as -
*Bespoke application support
*Release and Upgrade planning
*Maintaining and communicating Service availability
*ITIL - incident and problem management and process reviews
*Working with and escalating to 3rd party vendors / consultancies
*Budgetary responsibility
Very occasional travel may be required as part of this role. In return a salary of up to £50k is on offer inclusive of a car allowance as well as a package which includes a bonus, pension and healthcare.
