Account Manager £30-35,000 + Uncapped OTE £50k Shoreditch Area 8.30am - 5.30pm Benefits include a Tube Oyster card! My client are an independent consultancy who offer IT managed services with the aim to reduce business costs in relation to Voice and Data solutions. They are a small team who have been running for around 15 years and the vacancy has arisen due to growth in the business so it is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team that specifically work with London Based clients. There is a warm desk for you to start on with accounts ready for you to inherit so it would be a split of 40% account management and 60% new business. The Account management team is at the centre of the business as you are the first point of contact with clients, providing a value-adding customer-focussed support and sales function. The team are also the main contact with the service providers, building relationships across the voice and data industry, collaborating on promotions and marketing campaigns to secure new business. Duties Build on established relationships with clients. Undertaking in account reviews and analysis to enhance service benefits to ensure that you are the go-to voice and data adviser. Provide a high level of customer support for account queries, working alongside their partners to ensure a premium client experience Manage established clients to increase their billed revenue through upselling & cross selling voice and data services, support by a pre-sales team. Identify new clients through marketing campaigns and joint collaboration with our service providers to create new business.Requirements Prior experience doing business development for either a voice, data or managed service company Experience negotiating and managing contracts for voice and data services High-level grasp of voice and data technologies, including VOIP, ISDN, IP Access, WAN, Colocation and Cloud. Experience in Account management, developing client relationships and understanding of the sale process Ability to sell and manage more complicated voice and data solutions, supported by a pre-sales professional Excellent organisation skills to take an initial requirement through to a contract Able to work with minimal guidance, be pro-active and handle client queries professionallyIf you have experience in VOIP and not the data side and vice versa please still send in your application as training can be provided.
