Technical Operations Support (Print Services) - £35k - £40k - London Are you focussed on Service Delivery? Do you have experience of working within printing services? Have you had experience in troubleshooting application related issues within a network environment? Our client is a leading independent provider of managed print services. They help organisations transform ICT into a strategic asset to support growth, enhance agility and efficiency, boost collaboration and deliver a competitive advantage. Key Responsibilities: * Provide day to day support to operations on supported technologies, responding in a timely manner * Troubleshoot and escalate technical applications in a network environment * Document and maintain application system processes and procedures * Troubleshooting of technical issues across supported accounts * Manage and ensure service delivery to client Essential Experience: * 2nd line support in a service driven industry * Knowledge of Windows server * TCP/IP Knowledge * Use of VM Ware / VMWare * Strong technical documentation skills * Configuration & installation of Windows server technologies * Experience with MS Print driver installation and configuration This role offers a salary of £35-£40k and is based in Central London.
