Sage 200 Consultant - opportunity to learn Sage ERP X3

New job for an experienced Sage 200 Consultant in the North East, working for an energetic and busy UK Sage Partner with a friendly, passionate team. This is a great reseller to work for. On top of that they are moving into Sage ERP X3 next year (the leading mid-range ERP product from Sage and a skill that is in high demand) and you will have the chance to cross train and add new software to your skill set. Your average week would include working on client sites, some working from your own home and 1-2 days a week at head office. Most of their clients and in the North East and the Midlands so you shouldn't have many, if any, overnight stays. As a Sage 200 Consultant here you will be involved in the full life cycle, whether it is cloud based or on premise, conducting business process reviews, gathering requirements, documentation, software customisation, report writing and training. You will be managing Sage 200 implementations throughout the process of set-up, configuration, and data migration and go-live. You will be provide complete implementation services for Sage 200 solutions and related 3rd party software packages and work with internal teams to deliver software upgrades, as well as generating tailored reports, utilising tools such as FrX, Crystal Reports or other reporting tools. You will also participate in designing and creating requirements for Sage 200 implementations. Candidates should have recent experience in a consulting environment working with Sage 200 software, and ideally good knowledge of Commercials and Financials, along with post go-live support and training skills. Any knowledge of Sage BI, Retail, or Sage 200 on-line would be useful. You should be able to manage your own projects, and will be passionate about providing an excellent customer experience.
