Job Description
In an ever evolving and growing modern digital world, Sage continues to adapt to deliver a customer first and digital first strategy with as the home of Sage. The role of Business Analyst is a unique and fantastic opportunity, fully integrated into the global delivery of this strategy. You will collaborate with regional senior web strategists, senior web delivery managers, and data insights and reporting (WS&D - Web Strategy & Delivery) to identify continuous improvements and enhancements to , establishing core project requirements that shall deliver significant advancements in both customer experience and ambitious performance growth.
The Business Analyst is responsible for engaging with colleagues across Sage to capture, analyse and document project requirements, often working across multiple projects concurrently. In this role you will work closely with a number of digital functions including SEO, WCO (Web Conversion Optimisation), Experience Design and Content, as well as the wider business to ensure that the requirements for the optimisation of are understood, agreed and will form the delivery plan for execution.

Key Responsibilities
•Partner with senior regional web strategists and senior web delivery managers to support Sage's strategy and objectives globally through .
•Ensure that problem definition and requirements output provide the clarity required for process, technology or people solution designs.
•Provide constant communication with WS&D and business stakeholders.
•Support WS&D colleagues with any issues or necessary mediation
•Support in the regular review and evaluation of platforms, tools and technologies that support and WS&D.
•Identify risks and issues and take and/or recommend appropriate mitigation.
•Drive continuous improvement that will enable change and/or improvement of existing WS&D operations and processes through improved technology or processes
•Champion innovation that will significantly advance for our customers, partners and colleagues.
