JOB PURPOSE
The analyst role is to provide on site, hands on support for the staff at Head Office and when required at sites around the country. The focus of the role will be providing desk side assistance to all IT users on site as well as providing additional remote support for the other sites. The role requires a professional approach and the individual requires excellent interpersonal skills..
