About the Opportunity
We are looking for self-starting Test professionals with experience in Software I&T, Product I&T and System I&T experience in a rapidly changing market space. We are looking to evolve our SI&T capabilities and looking for individuals that have the experience, self motivation and innovative approaches to help us realise this evolutionary move. You will have the opportunity to work on a range of projects for our diverse client portfolio under a hybrid working arrangements that best suit each clients needs.
You will be reporting to the Cyber Systems Integrator Portfolio Test Manager.
Responsibilities will include :
Working with the Test Manager and key stakeholders to create Test and Acceptance Management Plans
Be a key contributor to the overall Test Strategy & an advocator for its implementation
Developing test artefacts to support testing coverage plans
Evolving test approaches and methods to best suit each specific projects
Identifying the scope of the integration and testing required for a particular release based on the requirements and/or design
Identifying the required integration and test reporting metrics
Identifying the integration and test effort required for test cycles
Support SW developers in their development path
Conducting test runs/cycles and reporting on them directly
Contributing to Integration and Test Risk Management
Generation and management of defects Experience of various development processes that include Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD), and test automation frameworks/languages
Experience in various engineering methodologies - such as Waterfall/Agile/SAFe
Experience in the development and delivery of:
- Lab-based system and user acceptance
- System integration and V&V inputs to design to ensure testability
- Automated testing approaches and methodologies
- Tools for test reporting, test management, and test automation
- Traceability between test cases and both requirements & design
- Integration and test plans, test cases, test scripts and reports
To understand project priorities and what is required from SI&T to meet them
Be able to analyse data output from testing and articulate what that means to technical and non-technical stakeholders
The ability to report issues/negative outcomes with a way forward
To be able to separate the differences and relationship between Acceptance, Certification, and Qualification

Experience :
At least 5 years' relevant experience, with proven success in project delivery
Hold current minimum BPSS clearance (will require to qualify for SC clearance)
