Change Implementation Lead

The Operating Model & Change Implementation Lead role is required to plan, coordinate and deliver the design and implementation of Target Operating Model (TOM) for new processes introduced by GT2025 as well current processes impacted by GT2025. This include developing and managing a plan for TOM development; plan and approach for TOM implementation; liaising with various local, regional and Group teams within Global Treasury and its partner functions (including Risk, HOST, Change Functions) to design high level target process; develop Global Treasury detailed process; coordinate with other teams developing their own detailed processes to ensure consistency and alignment with Global Treasury process; and acting as overall coordinator of Target Operating Model design and implementation activities for GT2025.
Technical Skill Requirements
- Strong design skills, particularly in relation to process and people design
- Good project management skill,
- Understanding of financial or risk processes in banks is desirable
- Understanding of Treasury or ALCM business is desirable
Educational Requirements
- Educated to minimum of degree level or equivalent professional qualification
Personal Skill Requirements
- Strong execution and problem solving skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Ability to present information in a professional manner, including preparing documents for review by C-level audiences
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to C-level audiences
- Personal ownership of target and resolution of issues
- High degree of motivation and commitment
- Ability to deal with change in role and working environment
- Team player and able to manage conflict and conflicting priorities
- Ability to provide direction to more junior colleagues
Experience
- Experience of working in a Project Environment in operating model or organisation design and implementation is a must
- Background in Markets Treasury or Treasury function would be a significant advantage
- Experience of working in a large banking organisation would be a significant advantage
- Experience in working in a complex systems implementation project is preferable
