This company have been providing personalised IT support to variety of business since 1999 and they are proud to be working with some very well-known companies and organisations.
They are now looking for an IT Support Engineer to join them to help drive their established IT services forward whilst delivering an excellent customer service.
Working hours: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm, but you will need to be flexible with occasional out of hours on-call duties, and occasional work on weekends.
3 days per week the work will be carried-out on a private primary school in South London. During the rest of the time, you will be working in their office and on other customers' sites in various locations, mostly in the Greater London area.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid technical background with an ability to give instructions to a non-technical audience.
- IT knowledge needed: Windows server, Active Directory, print / files, WiFi technologies, Networking (VLAN, cabling), Cloud technologies
- Experience with SmartBoards and other school IT equipment will be an advantage.
- Ability to interact professionally with people at all organisational levels of the business.
- Smartly dressed - there is a specific dress code for school staff which will need to be adhered to.
